A Word from Mummy
“Bee what?!”
That is the most common response I receive. That is, after replying, “Bichon Frise,” to those who ask me Joo Joo’s breed. I then repeat very slowly, “Bee-shawn Free-zay.” Those who are more dog breed savvy will go, “Oh Bichon!” while those who are not will go, “Huh?”
For the benefit of those of you who have not been introduced to the most wonderful breed ever, the Bichon Frise is a small breed dog and is French for “curly lap dog”. Bichon Frises are a very intelligent (trust me to say that but mind you, I mean every single word of it) breed, non-shedding breed and require a whole lot of grooming attention – try missing one grooming session and you will suffer the consequences almost immediately.
Alright, I shall not dwell any further on information regarding Bichon Frises that is readily available on the World Wide Web.
